Shipment Processing Time

For most orders, you'll receive a tracking number once your item ships. Large furniture and lighting pieces are made to order and shipped internationally, so tracking may be limited or unavailable for some items. Our team can always provide a delivery status update on request.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by item size and origin:

  • Small homewares: 10-14 days, free shipping
  • Medium items (e.g. side lamps, smaller lighting): 2-3 weeks, free shipping
  • Large furniture and lighting: 6-10 weeks. These items are made to order, and a flat shipping fee of $50 per item applies (final rate calculated at checkout). Please contact us for bulk or trade orders.

Delivery Locations

We are committed to delivering our products as widely as possible. However, there may be certain areas we can't reach. If we're unable to ship to your country or postcode, you'll be informed at checkout or within 24 hours.

Shipping Damage or Issues

That's why we source and ship most of our products directly from our overseas warehouse, located near the point of manufacture. This approach eliminates unnecessary shipping steps and helps reduce our environmental impact.
